At Northcrest Furniture, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please read our return and refund policy below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged defective or incorrect

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused in original condition with original packaging

Items that show signs of use damage or alteration may not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to improper use


Return Process

To initiate a return please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@northcrestfurniture.com

  2. Share your order number and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos or videos if the product is damaged

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item) we will arrange return pickup or cover return shipping costs

  • For all other returns shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer


Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product we will offer:

  • A replacement product
    or

  • A refund depending on availability and your preference


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is shipped cancellation is not possible
